OF ACHIEVEMENT

If you require a Statement of Achievement for your builder application with the HCRA, please fill out the form below and process the $49 +HST fee to submit a request.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. You must request your Statement of Achievement (SOA), after you have completed all of the required core competency courses.
     

  2. Fill out your contact information that you want presented on your Statement of Achievement.
     

  3. Indicate the number of core competency courses you have completed with buildABILITY.
     

  4. Your transcript will be emailed directly to the HCRA within one to three business days, and you will also receive a copy.
     

Note: The HCRA does not accept your certificate of completion!
