What I enjoyed most about buildABILITY’s training events is they are interactive and personal. The instructors are ready to answer questions right away, making learning much easier.

I prefer online learning because it is user-friendly. buildABILITY's virtual training program is interactive while the course instructors are knowledgeable. The online breakout room helps facilitate the course and create a comfortable learning environment where I don't feel shy to ask questions in class. The teachers are always accessible to clarify all the questions and the buildABILITY staff are friendly and helpful. Hopefully, I can teach at buildABILITY one day.
Learning the 7 HCRA-approved courses help me a lot as a broker. It creates an excellent opportunity to learn the whole building process and how to get a permit for a land foundation. From a broker's point of view, the courses are informative and involve time frames and what trades to look for in the future.
