In this seminar, you will learn: 1. Identify the possible causes of ice damming and the damage it can cause. 2. Learn about examples of workmanship defects that could lead to chargeable conciliations. 3. Find out how to avoid ice damming. 4. Understand the requirements of the Building Code to help mitigate the formation of ice damming. 5. Cancellation Policy
Sometimes life happens, so if you need to cancel your registration from a course, we understand! Our refund policy is detailed below. ​​ If you are enrolled in a virtual or in-person class and it is: 1. More than 7 days prior to the first day of the course, you will receive a full refund less a 5% payment processing & administrative fee 2. Less than 7 days prior to the first day of the course, you will receive a 75% refund 3. If you attended 1 day of class, you are eligible for a 50% refund 4. If you attended 2 or more days of class, you are not eligible for any refund. If you want to be replaced by someone else from your organization, please let us know as soon as possible. No charge will be assessed in this case. ​Any and all changes to your registration status must be received by phone or email. ​Rescheduling, relocating, or cancelling events is at the discretion of buildABILITY Corporation. Should this happen, we will provide a notice 5 days prior to the seminar, you will not be charged.
