HOW TO BECOME A BUILDER

Become a Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) registered builder in three steps.

Our HCRA-Approved core competency courses are mandatory to become a registered home builder in Ontario.

Accredited COURSES and  WORKSHOPs

Get recognized for your efforts. Our courses qualify for continuing education credits with many professional associations (e.g. OAA, OBOA, OACETT, PEO, AATO).

Complete all seven

HCRA-Approved builder

licensing courses with us.

FUNDING FOR TRAINING

The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides funding opportunities and are available for many people taking our training courses.
